As always, PHPMyLicense 2012 has the script encoder built-in, It's much more easier to use than the previous version 4.0 because now we have built a function that allows you to paste your PHP Script source-code into a text field and choose to whither to automatically encode it, The system will then do all the mathematical calculations, Add the licensing checks at the start of your script and then if chosen, encrypt it using random byte sizes and base 64 codes...

You can also encrypt a batch of files by uploading VIA ftp to the obfuscate folder, and pressing 1 button on PHPMyLicense, We then drill into each file open it get the contents and process this through our encryption methods, Then we re-write the encrypted script back to its original file.
